Butter Snaps Chicken


  • 3/4 c. Snyder’s of Hanover® Butter Snaps pretzels
  • Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Egg Beaters®


  1. Soak chicken breasts in Egg Beaters®

  2. Crush Butter Snaps in a food processor or by hand until fine.

  3. Roll chicken in Butter Snaps to coat.

  4. Add spices to taste.

  5. Bake in oven proof dish at 350 for 40-50 minutes.
